Information we collect
We may collect contact details, company information, intake responses, uploaded call recordings/transcripts, call metadata, and payment-related records processed by Stripe.
How we use information
We use client information to provide purchased services, communicate about projects, prepare reports, process payments, improve our workflow, and meet legal or security obligations.
Client uploads
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right and consent to share call recordings or transcripts. Do not upload highly sensitive healthcare, legal, financial, payment-card, government-ID, or regulated data unless separately approved in writing.
Retention
Unless otherwise agreed, raw audio/video files are deleted after 30 days. Transcripts, reports, and project records may be retained during the engagement plus 90 days, then deleted or archived as appropriate.
Third-party services
We may use Google Workspace/Drive for file handling and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data under their own terms and security practices.
