Refund Policy

For the standard Revenue Signal Audit, work begins after payment, intake completion, and receipt of usable call files.

Before work begins

If you request cancellation before analysis work has started, we will generally provide a full refund.

After work begins

Once analysis has begun, refunds are reviewed case by case based on project status, file usability, and delivered work.

Quality commitment

If we do not identify at least 3 specific, actionable improvements from a Starter Audit or at least 5 from a Full Audit, contact us and we will review the project.
