Terms of Service

Revenue Signal provides sales-call and customer conversation audit services. Reports and recommendations are informational and operational guidance, not legal, financial, or guaranteed revenue advice.

Service scope

The Starter Audit covers 3 calls or up to 60 total call minutes, whichever comes first. The Full Audit covers 10 calls or up to 200 total call minutes, whichever comes first. Larger projects require custom approval and pricing.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate intake information, usable files, and confirmation that they have the rights and consent required to share recordings/transcripts.

No revenue guarantee

We aim to identify specific, actionable improvement opportunities, but we do not guarantee increased revenue, close rates, or business outcomes.

Turnaround

Starter Audit turnaround is generally 3 business days and Full Audit turnaround is generally 5 business days after payment, intake completion, and receipt of usable files, unless otherwise agreed.
